The Sonor Wines method is an innovative technique that offers a sustainable long-term change in the winemaking process. The use of carefully chosen vibrations (sonification) created by musical notes produces a higher quality of wine and also gives the customer the unique ability to connect with musicians and the music itself. This music is introduced unaltered and undistorted to the cask, giving it the greatest possible impact on the wine itself. Sonor Wines uses the power of music to refine both young and old wines.
Sonor Wines has the ability to use the greatest melodies in the world in its wines—anything from famous composers such as Bach, Haydn, Mozart, and Vivaldi to recordings of rare orchestras, jazz ensembles, and operas to pop, R&B, rap, and electronic music. Each wine receives an unmistakable note of music through the sonification process, allowing music to become an integral part of the wine itself and offering endless possibilities for music enthusiasts and wine lovers alike.
